Important information regarding the transition
For you as our customer, our services and commitments remain unchanged. To ensure a smooth transition, we would like to inform you below about the most important organisational and technical changes – in particular regarding communication, systems and invoicing during the transition period.
As part of the integration, a migration of our messaging and telephony systems will take place in January 2026. This will ensure that our communication remains stable, secure and future-proof.

From 20 January 2026, email communication will temporarily take place via the domain

Please ensure that the domain vinci-energies.net is whitelisted in your systems.
If required, our team will contact you directly regarding any additional steps.
From 26 January 2026, we will communicate exclusively via the new domain
@axians.ch
This also applies to all generic email addresses, which will be updated as follows:
