With BNC AG, the fernao Group strengthens and expands its Swiss platform in the Expert Areas of Cyber Security & Digital Infrastructure. The signing of the purchase agreement has been completed. The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of July.

Founded in 1998 and now employing over 100 staff, BNC AG, an IT service provider based in Urtenen-Schönbühl, Dübendorf, and Yverdon-les-Bains, becomes part of the fernao Group. Following the successful expansion of the House of Experts in 2023 by 1st Quad Solutions AG, fernao continues its growth trajectory in Switzerland. Through this merger, the Swiss platform fernao expands and strengthens its existing portfolio with Managed Services and comprehensive security expertise. Additionally, the group expands into French-speaking Switzerland for the first time with this IT specialist, tapping into another important target market.
